LIMITED USE REQUIREMENTS

Mail App - for Gmail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTION

1. DIRECTLY PROVIDED BY A USER VIA THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT CHANNEL:

Personal data directly provided by a user is used for support services and is retained for a specified period, usually not more than five years after the last communication took place.

We process the following personal information about you when you use the App. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us. Without such information it is impossible to provide complete functionality of the App and perform the requested services.

Usage of Google Gmail data on your Mac

•    This application only uses data on their Google Gmail.

•    No Google Gmail data is collected and/or shared with any 3rd party application.

•    App's use of information received from Google Gmail APIs will adhere to Google's Limited Use Requirements.

 

2.WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Brittany Merchant’s applications on MacOS do not collect any individual information.

Brittany Merchant’s applications connect to server just to know, basically, how many apps are in use. No individual/personal information are collected during this process.

This is strictly limited to your device’s anonymized IP address (last digits being automatically removed), the version of the app you are using, the type of device the app is running on, the version of the OS and your primary language setting.

 

 

3.WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION?

This information is occasionally used in an aggregated fashion to see what kind of devices people are running our apps on. This helps us decide such things as how far back to support various operating systems, which languages we might want to add in the future, and so on.

 

4.HOW TO HANDLE GOOGLE USER DATA?

Mail App for Gmail do not collect any Google user data.

5.LOG DATA:

In case of an error while using our app, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your mac called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

6.COOKIES:

Cookies are small data files sent to your device by websites you visit. While our Service does not use cookies explicitly, third-party code and libraries may use them for information collection.

If you choose to refuse cookies, some features of our Service may not be accessible.

7.SERVICE PROVIDERS:

We may employ third-party companies and individuals for various purposes, including facilitating our Service and analyzing usage. These third parties have access to your Personal Information for the tasks assigned to them on our behalf and are obligated not to use it for any other purpose.
